Dear Guests of Samokov Hotel, It is not permitted to store ski equipment in the hotel rooms. Please use the ski depot “Level – 1”. The hotel does not store ski/snowboard equipment hired from other ski shops from the resort.

Payment

All clients are required to pay the full amount for ski services. If payment is not received on time, we will send a written reminder. If no payment is made within 5 days, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

  1. Payment is made by debit/credit card via V-POS.

  2. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, and bCard (debit, credit, and business cards).

  3. Transactions are secured using MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure.

  4. For security reasons, the maximum amount allowed for card payments is 8,000 BGN.

  5. We do not store card data used for payments made through the website.

  6. In the case of a refund, the amount will be reimbursed to the same card used for the original transaction
     

    Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be made in writing to Samokov Ski School Ltd.
    The following cancellation charges apply (percentage of total cost):

  7. More than 30 days prior – 5%

  8. 15 to 29 days prior – 50%

  9. 9 to 14 days prior – 70%

  10. 8 days or fewer – 100%

If the client does not use a service (e.g. transfer, tour) due to last-minute illness, flight cancellation, etc., this is considered a “no-show”, and no refund will be issued.
The same rule applies if the client leaves the ski service before it ends.
