Dear Guests of Samokov Hotel, It is not permitted to store ski equipment in the hotel rooms. Please use the ski depot “Level – 1”. The hotel does not store ski/snowboard equipment hired from other ski shops from the resort.

From the provided credit / debit card , we will withdraw  the full  amount of your ski services not earlier than 7 days before the staring dates of the ski services.
For  cancellation and no show after that term- the prepaid amounts will NOT be refunded.
